SUMMARY
BRONZE EXPORT has targeted the entertainment and video game industries since at least 2009. CTU researchers assess with moderate confidence that the group is based in the People's Republic of China and is focused on the collection of video game source code either to “crack” the games for free use, develop tools to cheat at them, or use the source code for competing products. BRONZE EXPORT has previously been observed using tools such as pwdump6 and Conpee, a modular plugin based RAT.
