These values are incorporated into our commitment to serving our customers with the highest standards in the fight against the adversary. They are integrated into everything we do at Secureworks, including how we engage with each other, protect the environment, and govern our business. We strive to create a positive and lasting impact in our communities and within our society by advancing sustainability, cultivating and advancing inclusion and community involvement, and maintaining a strong commitment to ethics.

SOCIAL
Diversity and Inclusion (D&I)
In the global fight to protect our customers, we believe that our future growth and innovation require respecting and celebrating our teammates, learning from each other, and creating an environment where people can be themselves. Secureworks is committed to supporting a culturally diverse workplace, educating our teammates on enabling inclusion, and encouraging diverse perspectives that reflect the communities we serve. Additionally, Secureworks actively celebrates our employees’ diverse backgrounds throughout the year and strives to use more inclusive language in our business. We also encourage employees to participate in a variety of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which help foster inclusion by facilitating dialogue and creating opportunities to learn and engage with others who can provide valuable insight, experience, and perspective.
Below is a list of the current ERGs that Employees can Participate in at Secureworks:
- Black Networking Alliance
- Pride
- Veterans & Supporters
- Women in Action
In addition, Secureworks actively seeks to expand its employee and supplier diversity, which we believe will foster creativity, increase collaboration, and enhance innovation to fortify our technology. Secureworks seeks to grow its vital supply chain by providing opportunities to underrepresented suppliers that are minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned, disabled-owned, LGBT-owned, or a business that is a HUB-zone business or classified as a small business. We believe that this commitment to diversifying Secureworks’ supply chain drives innovation by increasing our competitive advantages through unique perspectives, while fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion. At Secureworks, we also aim to give back to the communities in which we live and work, and we believe this commitment helps attract and retain employees. We partner with a variety of universities and inclusion-focused programs in the U.S. and abroad to promote STEM education for all. In addition to these programs, Secureworks employees participate in numerous local events and provide volunteer services and financial assistance to those in need throughout the year.
ENVIRONMENTAL
At Secureworks, we acknowledge that we have a responsibility to contribute to the health and prosperity of our society and our customers, suppliers, and communities. We are reducing our carbon footprint by migrating our workloads to a more efficient and sustainable public cloud / SaaS environment. We also believe an efficient office footprint contributes to reducing our carbon footprint. To this end, we regularly analyze our facility usage to better rationalize our space needs.
