Secureworks receives highest score possible in the AI, ML, and automation criterion.

Secureworks was among the 14 select companies that Forrester invited to participate in its 2018 Forrester Wave 26-criterion evaluation of European managed security service providers. In this evaluation, the company's top scores were in the Business and Technical Value, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Automation, Reporting Capabilities, Service Provider Road Map, and User Experience Road Map criteria.
