Position Summary
.This Atlanta based, high growth, information security services company is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Providence, Security Operations Center (SOC) Device Management team.
The Shift Supervisor has the responsibility for leading a team of firewall analysts and engineers, directing workflow and addressing technical and non-technical escalations.  The successful candidate will report to the Manager of Device Management, and must have a proven track record as a leader, a technical resource, and a respected team member who can motivate and manage his team while taking on many duties

• Coordinate and schedule shift coverage, and assign resources for special projects
• Regularly meet with direct reports for feedback, mentoring, support, and career development
• Track and manage team member productivity through metrics reporting and ticket review
• Participate in a five week on call rotation acting as a SOC escalation point.

Position Summary

A Security Response Engineering Specialist on the Security Response Team aids in the management and monitoring of client intrusion detection devices and log management devices in a 24x7 operations environment.  Security Response Engineering Specialists are responsible for maintaining expertise in the latest security threats and vulnerabilities to perform deep network and packet analysis to identify client security breaches. Security Response Engineering Specialists will act as a senior escalation point to analyst team for a number of well established global enterprise clients.
Positions are to mirror SOC Specialist and Analyst shift schedules and Engineering Specialist shifts may include working one weekend day per week. Ability to maintain flexible schedule based on client demand and field support requirements is key to this position

POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager IT PMO position will be responsible to drive all activities associated with the successful delivery of internal projects. This person will ensure that PMO best practices are established and adhered to for all projects, that all projects are complete on time, on budget with high level of client satisfaction. Position Summary

This position provides dedicated 2nd level Firewall engineering support for an enterprise client within SecureWorks.  Incumbents will demonstrate strong technical analytical skills while providing an accurate analysis of network security related problems. The candidate needs to have a well-rounded security background and will be responsible for performing extensive troubleshooting of client issues while supporting escalations coming from SecureWorks’ Security Operations Centers (SOC). • Provide 2nd level support for SecureWorks’s FW offering to all clients receiving support through SecureWorks’s dedicated engineering team.
• Train and mentor SecureWorks Engineering/ SOC personnel on SecureWorks’s Managed FW offering as it pertain to the client being managed.
• Provide documentation for FW operational procedures on behalf of the client.
• Document and perform FW system upgrades, regular product updates, emergency patch applications, and defining monitoring requirements based on the client’s needs.
• Perform client FW maintenance on a regular basis including upgrades, rule base modifications, and compiling FW rule changes.
• Work the hours of Tuesday - Saturday from 8:30 AM EST - 5 PM EST

The Remedy Software Engineer is responsible for assisting in design, development and testing enhancements for a custom ARS 7 application that is part of a large Managed Security Services system. Position Summary
The Lab Systems Administrator is the onsite resource to configure, monitor, and maintain non-production information technology. A Security Response Specialist on the Security Response Team aids in the management and monitoring of client intrusion detection devices and log management devices within SecureWorks Managed Security Services (MSS) division.  Security Response Specialists are briefed on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities to perform deep network and packet analysis to identify client security breaches. Security Response Specialists will act as a security advocate for a number of well established global enterprise clients.

You will be working in an 24x7x365 operations center environment with other security and networking professionals and will be responsible for addressing emails, scheduling IDS signature platform updates, performing security threat analysis of viruses, bots, and Trojans and working with clients to remediate security related issues.

The requirements for a Security Response Specialist position include a bachelor’s degree program in a relevant field or relevant experience in networking or system administration.   Ideal candidates have familiarity with supporting production servers or networks and have a passion and interest for technology as well as desire to learn more about security related platforms and malcode analysis.
