Position Summary
.This Atlanta based, high growth, information security services company is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Providence, Security Operations Center (SOC) Device Management team.
The Shift Supervisor has the responsibility for leading a team of firewall analysts and engineers, directing workflow and addressing technical and non-technical escalations. - Coordinate and schedule shift coverage, and assign resources for special projects

- Track and manage team member productivity through metrics reporting and ticket review
- Participate in a five week on call rotation acting as a SOC escalation point.
- Help establish and enforce policy and procedure

Position Summary

Position Summary
The Lab Systems Administrator is the onsite resource to configure, monitor, and maintain non-production information technology. This individual works under the direction of the Lab Director, and receives instructions from Engineering and Quality Assurance personnel. Position Summary
A security specialist on the Device Management team manages customer Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Devices and Authentication Services for small, medium, and enterprise class clients. The Network Engineer position will be responsible for all aspects of firewalling, routing, WAN/LAN architecture, network services, and general network perimeter security for all SecureWorks corporate facilities and major Data Center operations. A Security Response Specialist on the Security Response Team aids in the management and monitoring of client intrusion detection devices and log management devices within SecureWorks Managed Security Services (MSS) division.
