Position Summary
Our Talent Acquisition and Development (TA&D) group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Program Specialist to design, implement and manage company-wide talent acquisition programs including internships, college recruiting, diversity focus and other programmatic recruiting efforts.  This is a new initiative for our company. 
This function provides the longer-term pipeline fulfillment process that is complemented by our team of recruiters who handle the day-to-day short-term fulfillment of open requisitions.  The Acquisition process is balanced by our Talent Development programs and processes (e.g., training, performance management).  The Specialist is an individual contributor role but will have access to other TA&D resources to support implementation efforts (i.e., program coordinator, recruiter, facilitator).  As time permits, this role will also support other Talent Acquisition or Talent Development efforts (e.g., designing career development programs, facilitating workshops, interviewing experienced hire candidate, scheduling and sourcing). 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify job and candidate profiles appropriate for intern and co-ops.
  • Consult with HR Business Partners and executives to understand workforce plans to appropriately scale the acquisition programs.
  • Target and build relationships with appropriate schools, associations, professors and placement offices.
  • Build relationships with target candidates 6 months -2 years prior to acquisition.
  • Create program marketing materials for distribution to target candidates/schools/organizations.
  • Interview and select program participants (interns, undergraduates, graduate level recruits)
  • Design the intern experience and manage/coordinate the overall program while interns are employed.
  • Participate in other TA&D efforts as requested by the HR Leader.

Position Summary
The HR Business Partner consults with and influences the Business Leaders in the effective deployment and utilization of human capital. This position will align human resources priorities with the business agenda by delivering comprehensive and fully integrated, sustainable human resources programs and services.   • Identify strategic requirements for the units supported, based on a deep understanding of the business.

Position Summary

A SOC Shift Manager on the Security Analysis Team aids in the management and monitoring of client intrusion detection devices, web application firewalls and log management devices in a 24x7 operations environment. SOC Shift Managers are responsible for monitoring resources and assigning resources in real time to address the needs of the operation team to meet department goals and SLOs. In addition SOC Shift Managers are responsible for mentoring and assessing the performance of members on their team and performing other related HR functions such as: writing and delivering performance reviews, receiving and scheduling leave requests, and managing performance improvement plans.

Positions will mirror SOC Specialist and Analyst shift schedules Monday through Friday. Ability to maintain flexible schedule based on client demand and field support requirements is key to this position.

  • Act as escalation point for client requests for information and presence on conference calls where SOC representation is necessary
  • Act as escalation point for client concerns around service delivery of event analysis

  • Monitor the progress and performance of a team of analysts including: writing performance reviews and managing performance improvement plans

  • Ensure that we are implementing best practice security policies that address the client's business need while protecting their vital corporate assets by monitoring client base event load and work with Platform Engineering or CTU to aid in the maintenance of back end systems
  • Facilitate resource allocation on the Sherlock platform
  • Ability to work in fast paced, multi-tasking operations environment

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • One to two years Experience in an operation center environment with proven leadership involvement
  • Experience with a variety of operating system experience, Windows/Linux/Unix in an Intermediate to Advanced capacity

Position Summary
A technician on the Health and Infrastructure team monitors and investigates health related issues on network security devices such as Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, and other Unix/Linux based platforms.  The devices and monitoring system are part of an industry leading offering package to ensure unsurpassed network security. Incumbents must demonstrate analytical and troubleshooting skills to guarantee consistent operational status of customer devices.
 You will be working in an operations center with a team of security and networking professionals and will be responsible for addressing inbound client emails, addressing SLA bound health alerts, and working with customers troubleshooting device and network related issues.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of and troubleshoot tickets generated by the monitoring system. Tickets consist of alerts for unreachable devices, devices not reporting events, and miscellaneous hardware and software failures.
  • Resolve problems introduced into customer networks including, but not limited to, broken VLAN settings, broken span port settings, changed IP addresses, duplicate IP addresses, changed access control lists, and incorrect NATs
  • Meet service level agreements regarding response time and customer notification.
  • Remotely manage customer devices and correct problems.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and customer care skills by documenting all analysis, work, and communications within the ticketing system.
  • Professionally and courteously answer customer phone calls and email by:
    • Authenticating callers
    • Creating and/or updating tickets for all work and requests

Position Summary

Position Summary
This is a supervisor position with high visibility and significant responsibility supporting all SecureWorks clients receiving SecureWorks Managed Security Services.  This individual is responsible for providing direction, leadership, and mentorship to technical and non-technical personnel within an Operations environment as they support clients with any of their service requests related to the management and monitoring of security technology such as Juniper, Checkpoint, and Cisco.  In addition to supporting all aspects of operational support this individual will also be responsible for supporting all administrative tasks related to supporting internal reporting employees which include, but are not limited to, annual performance reviews, reviewing tickets and other work performed by their reporting staff, building and supporting service performance metrics, and developing a career growth path.

A Support Engineer primarily addresses escalations, tracks and owns project based assignments and provides guidance and mentorship in the management and monitoring of any security device within SecureWorks’ Managed Security Services.  This individual must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail as well as excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.  It is a requirement to be able to quickly and efficiently resolve client issues while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.  In addition to providing support to external clients, it is imperative that support for internal colleagues is provided as well to include, but not be limited to, supporting escalated ticket based work, providing training on various security devices, and creating device support and troubleshooting documentation.

  • Responsible for answering inbound calls and emails from technical clients (Network Administrators/Application Owners), authenticate callers, create tickets for all work, and address a client request or issue
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills by documenting all activities within our client delivery systems and communicating with client representatives in a timely manner
  • Provide technical support for SecureWorks’ Managed Security Services on a 7x24 basis. This involves identifying client issues, extensive troubleshooting, and coordinating resolution or restoration using a variety of applications and testing tools. These events can include hardware/software failures as well as security breaches and threats.

  • Define and document security operational procedures as required

POSITION SUMMARY

Position Summary

A Security Response Specialist on the Security Response Team aids in the management and monitoring of client intrusion detection devices and log management devices within SecureWorks Managed Security Services (MSS) division.  Security Response Specialists are briefed on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities to perform deep network and packet analysis to identify client security breaches. Security Response Specialists will act as a security advocate for a number of well established global enterprise clients.

You will be working in an 24x7x365 operations center environment with other security and networking professionals and will be responsible for addressing emails, scheduling IDS signature platform updates, performing security threat analysis of viruses, bots, and Trojans and working with clients to remediate security related issues.

The requirements for a Security Response Specialist position include a bachelor’s degree program in a relevant field or relevant experience in networking or system administration.   Ideal candidates have familiarity with supporting production servers or networks and have a passion and interest for technology as well as desire to learn more about security related platforms and malcode analysis.

Within 6-12 months period, you will be exposed to and become competent with at least three intrusion detection platforms and a multitude of attack toolkits and software vulnerabilities.  The work is fast paced and challenging and you will learn a vast amount of network security and practical understanding in a short amount of time.

Positions are on a shift schedule of 1st (8am-4:30pm), 2nd (4pm-12:30am) and 3rd shift (12am-8:30am) and shifts include working one weekend day a week.  (Sunday-Thursday) or (Tuesday-Saturday)

POSITION SUMMARY

Working in a Security Operations Center, a Health & Infrastructure Administrator answers inbound phone calls, addresses client emails, and monitors the device health of network security devices such as Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, and other Unix/Linux based platforms. Additionally, this position also provides intermediate to advanced level troubleshooting support for all devices managed and monitored by the Health & Infrastructure Team. All work is tracked via a ticket based CRM system. Responsibilities

Position Summary

Position Summary

Position Summary
Working in a Security Operations Center, a Device Management Engineer answers inbound phone calls, addresses client emails, and prepares and implements changes on network security devices such as Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, and other Unix/Linux based platforms.  Additionally, this position also provides intermediate to advanced level troubleshooting support for all devices managed and monitored by the Device Management Team. Position Summary

  • Ability to work flexible hours and support night or weekend work as needed
  • Experience generating documentation for peers and NOC staff
  • Experience with WAP, and Network Access Control, is highly desired
