SecureWorks History

SecureWorks was founded in 1999 to protect mid-size organizations from hackers with an award-winning intrusion prevention service, a full suite of defense-in-depth solutions, and a team of highly skilled security professionals. SecureWorks merged with LURHQ, a leader in securing large enterprises, in September 2006 to form a leading security services company with the ability to serve the entire mid and enterprise markets. SecureWorks leverages a Security as a Service business model, an integrated suite of security services, our purpose-built on-demand Security Management platform and unparalleled threat visibility to identify and prevent security events for all sizes of organizations.
